1 Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions:

• "Platform" means the pilbet website accessible at pilbet.bio and all associated services, games, and mobile interfaces.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the pilbet Platform.
• "Real Money" means Philippine Peso (PHP) or other accepted currencies deposited by a Player and held in their pilbet wallet for wagering purposes.

2 Acceptance of Terms

2.1  By accessing the pilbet Platform in any capacity — including browsing, registering, depositing, or playing — you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them.

2.2  These Terms apply alongside any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the pilbet Platform, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual game or promotion rules. 3 Eligibility

3.2  pilbet reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by pilbet may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

3.3  Providing false information during registration — including falsified date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds held in the account.

4 Account Registration

4.1  One Account Rule. Each individual may register and maintain only one active pilbet account. The existence of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is a breach of these Terms. pilbet reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any transactions, wagers, or bonus awards associated with them.

4.2  Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for updating your account details promptly if any information changes. pilbet bears no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

4.3  Mobile Number Verification. A valid Philippine mobile number is required for registration. A one-time passcode (OTP) will be sent to your number to verify ownership. Your mobile number serves as your primary login credential and security contact. You must maintain exclusive control of the SIM associated with your pilbet account.

4.4  KYC Verification. pilbet is obligated under applicable regulations to verify the identity of all players prior to enabling full withdrawal functionality. KYC documentation typically includes a valid Philippine government-issued ID (PhilSys national ID, SSS ID, GSIS ID, driver's license, or passport) and, where required, proof of payment method ownership. pilbet may request additional documentation at its sole discretion.

4.5  Account Ownership. Your pilbet account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or gifted to any third party. Sharing your account credentials with other individuals is prohibited.

5 Account Security

5.1  You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pilbet Login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes associated with your account.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

pilbet accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. pilbet does not accept deposits from third parties.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your pilbet account. pilbet applies a source-of-funds policy: withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. Minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and may vary based on your KYC verification status.

Withdrawal processing times: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take 1–4 hours during standard banking hours. USDT withdrawals are processed within 1 hour of approval subject to blockchain confirmation times.

6.3 Inactive Account Fees

pilbet reserves the right to apply an administrative inactivity fee of PHP 100 per month to accounts classified as Inactive Accounts (no login activity for 12 consecutive months), provided the account holds a positive balance. pilbet will make reasonable attempts to notify the account holder before applying inactivity fees. Balances that reach zero as a result of inactivity fees will not be subject to further charges.

6.4 Currency

The default currency of pilbet is Philippine Peso (PHP). Transactions in other currencies, including USDT, will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Exchange rate fluctuations are borne by the Player.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1  All bonus offers, free spins, cashback credits, and promotional rewards issued by pilbet are subject to specific terms and conditions attached to each promotion. Where promotion-specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail in relation to that promotion only.

7.2  Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's specific terms. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of bonus activation.

7.3  Game Contributions. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games and table games may contribute at a lower rate (commonly 10%–20%). Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.

7.4  Bonus Abuse. pilbet reserves the right to void bonus awards and any winnings derived from them if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a promotion multiple times, placing low-risk wagers designed exclusively to meet wagering requirements rather than for genuine entertainment, or exploiting an error in bonus calculation.

7.5  pilbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring obligations already incurred by Players who have fulfilled the applicable conditions.

8 Gameplay Rules

8.1  All games offered on pilbet operate under the rules specific to each game. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before wagering.

8.2  In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on pilbet's servers, the server-side record shall be definitive and final.

8.3  If a game is interrupted due to a technical failure — including disconnection, server error, or platform outage — before a bet has been settled, the outstanding wager will be resolved according to the logged server-side game state at the time of interruption. pilbet's decision on unresolved wagers arising from technical interruptions is final.

8.4  Minimum and Maximum Bets. Each game and sports betting market has defined minimum and maximum wager limits. pilbet reserves the right to adjust these limits for individual accounts or globally across the platform without notice.

8.5  Sports Betting. pilbet's sportsbook is governed by additional sports betting rules published in the Sportsbook section of the Platform. Pre-match odds are locked at the time the wager is placed. In-play odds update continuously; your confirmed bet is settled at the odds displayed at the moment of placement confirmation, not at any subsequently displayed odds.

8.6  Obvious Errors. Where odds, prizes, or game outcomes are affected by an obvious error (a "Palpable Error"), pilbet reserves the right to void affected bets or correct the error without prior notice. pilbet's determination of what constitutes a Palpable Error is final.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pilbet Platform:

• Creating or operating more than one pilbet account;
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information during registration or KYC;
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity, including but not limited to fraud, theft, or unauthorized use of third-party payment methods;
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any activity designed to conceal the origin of funds;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of games, including live dealer games, sports betting markets, or sabong events;
• Using automated software, bots, AI scripts, or any mechanical or electronic tools to place wagers or interact with the Platform without human intervention;
• Exploiting known software bugs, glitches, or system vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage;
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform from a Prohibited Territory using a VPN, proxy, or any other IP obfuscation tool;
• Engaging in chargebacks or disputing legitimate transactions with payment providers without first notifying pilbet;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pilbet staff or other players through any communication channel.

pilbet cooperates fully with PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities in investigations involving suspected prohibited activities on the Platform.

10 Intellectual Property

10.1  All content on the pilbet Platform — including but not limited to the pilbet brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of pilbet or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

10.2  You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without pilbet's express written consent.

10.3  Game content displayed on the Platform is licensed from third-party game providers. Third-party intellectual property rights remain with their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in respect of third-party intellectual property.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1  The pilbet Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pilbet makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, freedom from error, or fitness for any particular purpose.

11.2  To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pilbet shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform;
• Any loss or corruption of data;
• Any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Any losses arising from reliance on information displayed on the Platform that is subsequently found to contain errors;
• Technical failures, including internet outages, mobile network downtime, or GCash/Maya service interruptions that prevent access to the Platform.

11.3  Nothing in these Terms limits pilbet's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law.

11.4  pilbet's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the relevant claim.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

13 Responsible Gaming

13.1  Self-Exclusion. 14 Account Suspension & Closure

14.1  Suspension by pilbet. pilbet reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time if it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have violated these Terms, are engaging in fraudulent or prohibited activity, have provided false information, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority.

14.2  Investigation Holds. During an investigation into potential Terms violations, pilbet may place a temporary hold on your account balance. Funds subject to an investigation hold will not be released until the investigation is concluded. pilbet aims to complete investigations within 30 days, though complex cases may require additional time.

14.3  Permanent Closure. pilbet may permanently close your account and void your remaining balance if investigation confirms a material breach of these Terms, including fraud, identity misrepresentation, or prohibited activity as defined in Section 9.

14.4  Voluntary Closure. You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting pilbet's support team. Before closure, you must withdraw any remaining real-money balance. Bonus funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure. Voluntary closure does not affect pilbet's right to retain records as required by applicable law and regulation.

15 Amendments to These Terms

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

16.3  If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in the Philippines, consistent with applicable PAGCOR regulatory framework.

16.4  Players in the Philippines may also escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR if they relate to matters within PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction.
